This #AskDerek episode covers how to find a web designer online, how to outsource web development, the key things to look for when we hire a website designer, and how we can effectively manage this person to get the end results we want after we hire a website designer.

We also need to communicate and draw up crystal clear pictures and ideas so they get it, and they will get the job or project done well up to our expectations.
